He understood our concern about the delivery of the bricks and even organized transport which included a fork truck to transport the bricks onto our site saving my wife and myself lots of wheel barrow trips up a very long drive. If he had to go away and source costs etc he always phoned back when he said he would and backed the quote up with an email, he even phoned this morning to ensure that the delivery of bricks had arrived! However on this occasion they had my plans and sent me 1000 bricks which they said my job required this was only after i had made enquiries as to what the brick was called. It then took them over three weeks to get the bricks after the bricks had been laid we were 300 short it was only then that i went on the net to see if i could get a better service. Your bricks were Â£200 per thousand cheaper than theirs and you delivered in 3 days well done. i am only a one man band so i don't use a tremendous amount of bricks but i have lots of friends in the building trade and i won't hesitate to give them your contact details. Your salesman, Paul Ingle was very helpful I have to say and when I asked (last minute) to mix and match 2 different colours of brick for my order he helped and did it without any fuss. I will definitely ask you (soon) for another order of bricks for something else that needs building. The driver was excellent. He arrived at exactly 07:30 as promised. He was very patient: the road was a little icy and he drove the lorry with skill and managed to cope well with the ice, reversing out of the road as well with no issues. Best of all, when I suggested that he comes back in a week or two with a better palleted stack of bricks to unload easier, he said that he was ok to unload manually, which we did. He was not young and was not comfortable (back-ache) doing it I could see, but still did it, very patiently. His drop off with me should have been 15 mins but in the end he was here for an hour!"

We ordered, paid and the gentleman advised the delivery would be on the date stated, also we arranged for notice on the day to ensure we were there when arrival of bricks was made. This is a good idea as we work and its difficult to get the whole day off to await an order to be delivered! We would certainly use brickhunter services again in the future and I am sure my husband will advise anyone the same. "
