Hampshire Customer (24 June 10): "Dear Brickhunter, Thanks for your super efforts to get me the bricks I needed, in particular to Tim who went just that little bit further to ensure I got the delivery to my door by checking the access to my house via Google maps. I live at the bottom of an awkward cul-de-sac and wouldn’t have been able to get an articulated lorry to my door; Tim checked the satellite views and worked out that we could get a rigid body with a log reach hi-ab to make the delivery. My bricks came from Leicester to just outside Portsmouth on the planned day with a phone call from the lorry driver an hour before delivery, absolutely as promised. Smashing service thanks. "
