How do I find the brick I require?
If you know the name of the brick that your require then please enter it into the search box that is visible at the top of every page. Then click search. We have over 2000 bricks in our database - almost all bricks that available in the UK.
If you do not know the name of the brick you require then please use the advanced search to narrow the options down by picking characteristics such as colour, texture, height and type of brick.
I cannot find the brick I am looking for
Why do I need to register?
I cannot login to my account
To shop online with us we ask that you login with your email address and password. If the website says "you have entered an invalid email address and password combination" then please ensure you have used the email address that you used when you registered with us, and ensure your password is typed correctly.
If you cannot remember your password then please click the "Lost your password?" link. This will allow you to reset your password by sending you an email with a new password.
I am having general problems accessing or buying from your website
Firstly, if you are having any problems with our website then please accept our apologies. If you have encountered a problem we would love to know so that we can fix it. Please email any details (and screenshots if possible) to website@brickhunter.com where our web team will be most grateful.

Why should I order a sample?
You should order a sample as the accuracy of the digital images displayed on Brickhunter.com may vary according to your screen type and settings. We recomend that you always refer to an actual sample of the brick for a guide to colour and texture.
How do I order a sample?
You can order samples online, by email, by fax and over the phone.
What do samples look like?
Typically brick samples come in four formats. Hand held panels are lightweight boards each displaying several real brick tiles. Brick boxes typically contain three full size bricks. Digital photocards are large photographs of a brick panel. Site panels are 60 full size bricks on a pallet.
How are samples delivered?
Usually by a courier service, occasionally by manufacturer/distributor/brickhunter.com representative.
How much do samples cost?
Samples of first quality facing bricks are typically delivered free of charge.
How long will my samples take to arrive?
Dependant on manufacturer/distributor, majority 1 - 2 days, but some could take up to 1 week.
How many samples can I order?
You can order as many samples as you wish, however we do ask you to try and narrow your selection down by using the web images. Samples are expensive to manufacture and deliver.
Is it safe to order online?
What methods of payment can I use?
We accept all major debit and credit cards but these must be registered to an address in the UK. We can also accept payment by BACS transfer and cheque but you would to call us on 0845 603 2686, during office hours, to arrange this.
Why is the price for the same brick different from last time I visited the site?
The Brickhunter website provides instantaneous prices based on live information. Stock levels and prices from our suppliers change on a regular basis and as these change it affects our prices.
Why does the price change when I change the delivery postcode?
Because bricks are such a heavy product to deliver the cost of delivering the brick is related to the distance it must travel to the delivery address.
The Brickhunter website will always determine the best possible price for the quantity of bricks that you require to the delivery address you specify.
When will I be charged?
If your card is authorised payment will be taken immediately. The website will acknowledge on screen that your order has been successful and you will receive a confirmation email.
If the card is not authorised payment will not be taken. The website will give a message advising on what may be wrong with the details you've entered. If the card details are correct but the payment is declined then please contact us on 0845 603 2686 and a member of our team will help to process your order. Please be aware that some card issuers may still reserve the money even when a payment is declined, this does not mean the money has left your account, you just may not be able to use for a short period.
What currencies can I use?
We currently only accept British Pounds.
Will I get an invoice for the order?
After the order has been confirmed our accounts department will email you an invoice.
Is your website secure?
Yes. We use 128-bit encryption to ensure any sensitive information sent to our website is 100% secure. We source our encryption certificates from Comodo, a leading certificate authority, who authenticate our identification.
We also follow strict guidelines from The Data Protection Act to ensure your information is secure and we comply with the principles regarding privacy and disclosure.
Are there any differences to buying something online or over the phone?
I have just placed an order, can I amend or cancel it?
The best way to quickly amend an order is to call 0845 603 2686 where a member of our team will be able to ammend your order.
How does your delivery service work?
When the website calculates you a price for the brick you require it will pick the cheapest delivery service that will deliver your goods to the required address within the required timeframe.
If there are other delivery options available you will be able to upgrade the service. Example upgrades are timed delivery, saturday delivery, delivery on a vehicle that can deliver to locations with restricted access.
Can I have my delivery at the weekend?

Timed deliveries are only currently available should you select a kerb-side pallet delivery.

Whats the maximum amount of bricks I can have delivered at once?
What vehicle will my bricks be delivered on?
The delivery vehicle depends on the delivery service that the website selects to be the most appropriate. You may be given upgrade and downgrade options, but all delivery services will be delivered on one of the following vehicles:

To have your order processed the same day we must receive your order before 11:30am.

How much does delivery cost?
The cost of delivery is calculated when you tell the website how many bricks you require and what the delivery postcode is.
Can I pay the driver on delivery?
No. Brickhunter uses a variety of delivery services to enable us to get your goods delivered on time for the best possible price. Therefore we cannot let delivery drivers collect payment on delivery.
Can I return my bricks if I don not like them?
I think my bricks are faulty, what do I do?

Is it safe to handle bricks?
Fired clay brick is an inert material, which presents no risk to health and safety through handling or use, subject to good site practice being followed.
